Product posture
LineBling processes account, workspace, prospect, call, transcript, playbook, and usage information to provide a human-operated cold-call copilot. Raw call audio is not stored by default.
Live calls and transcription
Audio is processed during a call to create live transcription and guidance. Workspace owners select a consent posture and remain responsible for lawful disclosure and calling practices in their jurisdictions.
Retention and control
Transcript retention is workspace-configurable within product limits. Supported product surfaces provide export and deletion controls. Operational, billing, do-not-call, and audit records may be retained where required to operate the service and enforce safety.
AI providers
Approved workspace context and call content may be sent to configured service providers to create transcription, live guidance, and post-call output. Customer calls are not used for custom model training by LineBling.
